If anyone can offer an explanation for this that doesn't admit that UNRWA does not seriously consider Hamas to be a terrorist organization, I would love to hear it.
If the UN's level of commitment to conflict resolution here consists of allowing Hamas militants to guard a weapons cache unsupervised, it seems fair to ask what organization on earth can free us from the endless violence.
